German 49er German Mathematician 241

Saw this Google Doodle

It was for some old old school math dude named Gauss,
it was for his 241st birthday... 241 got my attention!

241 is the 53rd prime, this is the year of Super Bowl 53...

So I took a look.

They give a mathematics prize named after him, they award it
every four years... 2018 is one of those years...

So it just so happens that the ONE time his birthday is
relevant to the SB is also one of the years they award his Prize...

So anyway, not much to go on or look into seeing as he was
an 18th century mathematics dude, in Europe...

...he's German.

So I thought, hmm... any German NFL players?

It seems like there is currently only ONE... could totally be wrong
about this- would love to know of any others, please tell me- but it looks
like there's only one...

Mark Nzeocha...

...and he is a...

...San Francisco 49er.

AND he may very well have switched his jersey number back to #53!

He wore #53 with Dallas and then #46 w.S.F. but
pro-football reference shows his 49ers jersey as #46 and #53...
like he's #53 now... I don't know.

But I just thought that was insane... to already be so hot on the 49ers
and then to have the one German player be a 49er...
and then to have him possibly wearing #53
(he at least wore #53 as he entered the league)...

... maybe something?

Speaking of Dallas though... I was wondering what the big football/NFL
news would be on 5/3 ... (53)...

and it was the official announcement of the retirement of
Dallas Cowboys legend Jason Witten.

And they are a "49 team" and thus I've been thinking about them,
as it will be the 49th SB of the modern era...

But I want to look at where he's from, went to school, who drafted him,
where he may have a home, and who his final game was against.

But busy now.

But yeah... German math guy (primes and such) lines up with 241/53/2018
and there's maybe only one German and he's a 49er...

I don't know.

Also have some other interesting stuff on S.F. and the Redskins, but
like I say, busy...

Cheers!
